A new year signifies reflection, change, and advancement. Accordingly, we at Carey Law Office have taken time to analyze the many advances we’ve made in the past year. We would also like to share with you the improvements that 2014 will bring. Needless to say, 2013 was a big year for us.
The past year marked a number of new developments at Carey Law Office. We are proud to say that we have successfully made email our primary form of client communication over direct mail. This has greatly increased our clients’ privacy, which has always been our firm’s top concern. Now, clients can view personal documents and communicate with our office about their case through the privacy of their own computers 24/7. In addition to improving client security, switching to email communication has helped us become a more environmentally conscious firm, as this seemingly small change has helped us reduce our paper consumption by 30%. 2013 also sparked new developments in the social media world for our firm. We are proud to showcase our new streamlined website at www.careylawoffice.com, as well as a fresh look to our Facebook, Twitter, and even our firm logo! We at Carey Law Office even had the chance to get in touch with our philanthropic side. Our office team, the ‘Carey Carolers’, ran the Ugly Sweater Run 5K on December 21st in the National Harbor, supporting the Toys for Tots Foundation. This is shown in the picture at the top.
We have some exciting plans for 2014, as we continue to make office improvements. To start, after analyzing client feedback, we have implemented a new case management system that will act as a link between our clients and all things related to their respective cases. This new system, effective with the start of the New Year, allows our clients to have more access to the latest information regarding their cases, while ensuring a maximum level of privacy.
We at Carey Law Office feel fortunate to have made such major strides of progress in the past year, and we cannot wait to see what 2014 has in store for our firm. We are so grateful for all of your support during this transitional phase; it has been instrumental in helping our firm grow. Remember to stay tuned for the latest updates!
